The Vertical Flow Clean Bench implements vertical laminar flow technology to deliver a dust-free sterile environment for biological laboratories as well as pharmaceuticals electronics, and food testing facilities etc. A highly efficient filtration system incorporated into the Laminar Flow Clean Bench makes it possible to eliminate air particles and contaminants.
The Laminar Flow Clean Bench eliminates air contaminants by using a high-efficiency filtration system while directing clean air exclusively in one direction for specimen protection, and preventing contamination. The system's small size together with it's stable airflow control mechanism, ergonomic build design enables smooth and effective usage for cleanroom operations in laboratory settings.
To ensure that the Laminar Air Flow Bench is safe to use and to maintain a clean laboratory environment, the following points should be observed during use:
Ensure that the surface of the Clean Bench is kept neat and clean, and do not place excessive items that may affect the stability of the airflow inside the Laminar Flow Hood Bench and reduce cleanliness.
Before use: Turn on the UV lamp for about 15-30 minutes to disinfect.
During use: Avoid direct exposure to UV light to prevent damage to skin and eyes.
After use: Turn off the UV lamp and start the fan to discharge the residual ozone.
When operating inside the Laminar Flow Clean Bench, lab gloves and protective clothing should be worn to avoid contaminating the experimental samples, and operations that may generate aerosols are prohibited inside the bench to avoid affecting the cleanliness.
Try to keep the Clean Bench away from doors, windows, vents and other areas with large air flow to prevent external sources of contamination from entering the work area and affecting the experimental results.
To ensure the long-term stable operation of the Laminar Flow Clean Bench, regular cleaning and maintenance is required, including the following:
At the end of each day's experiment, a dust-free cloth dipped in sterile alcohol or special cleaner should be used to wipe the surface of the bench to remove any contaminants and dust that may remain.
High-efficiency filters are key components of the Laminar Air Flow Bench to maintain a clean environment and need to be inspected and replaced regularly according to usage to ensure airflow quality.
It is necessary to regularly check whether the air speed is within the normal range. If a drop in air speed is detected, it should be checked whether it is caused by clogged filters or malfunctioning fans, and be repaired or replaced in a timely manner.
Do not use strong acid, alkali and other corrosive chemicals inside Laminar Flow Hood Bench, so as not to damage the internal structure of the bench and affect its service life.
During the use of the Vertical Flow Clean Bench, compliance with safety regulations, regular maintenance and correct operation can effectively extend the life of the equipment and improve work efficiency.
