The Unidirectional Single-Side Air Shower from Amber is designed to efficiently and energy-savingly remove particulate contamination from the surfaces of people and materials, ensuring that the Cleanroom environment complies with the ISO 14644-1 standard.
While traditional Air Shower Rooms are designed with double side-to-side blowing, our Cleanroom Air Shower innovatively uses a single side high-speed airflow (≥25m/s), together with a HEPA H13 filter, to quickly remove particles ≥0.3μm adhering to the surface of personnel's clothing or materials, with a removal efficiency of 99.99% or more. Stainless Steel Air Shower unidirectional airflow design not only reduces turbulence, but also avoids cross contamination.
Conventional double-sided Air Showers can be difficult to install in space-constrained facilities. The single-side nozzle layout of this product can save more than 30% of installation space, while supporting customized sizes (single/double type), which can be easily embedded in the buffer channel of the Cleanroom. The cabinet is made of 304 Stainless Steel or electrostatically sprayed steel plate, which is corrosion-resistant, easy to clean, and meets the requirements of GMP and FDA specifications.
Automatic induction start: Infrared sensor detects personnel entry and automatically triggers the blowing shower program (10-30 seconds adjustable), reducing manual operation.
Low noise design: Running volume <65dB, to ensure a comfortable working environment.
Energy-saving mode: The fan automatically reduces speed during standby, saving more than 30% energy compared to traditional models.
Equipped with LCD display, real-time display of operating status, number of blowing showers and fault alarm information, which facilitates maintenance personnel to quickly troubleshoot problems and prolongs equipment life.
