Stainless Steel Pass Box is a device used to transfer items between different environments, commonly used in places where contamination or cleanliness needs to be strictly controlled, such as laboratories, pharmaceutical factories, hospitals and so on.
1. Preventing cross contamination: Avoiding direct contact between clean and non-clean areas through physical isolation, reducing the risk of contamination.
2. Maintaining cleanliness: Maintaining the cleanliness level of the clean area and preventing the entry of external contaminants when passing items.
3. Improve Efficiency: Provides a safe passageway for passing items and reduces the need for personnel to frequently enter and exit the clean area, improving work efficiency.
4. Keep Safety: Some Pass Boxes are equipped with UV sterilization or high efficiency filters (HEPA) to further ensure the cleanliness and safety of the items being passed.
Pass Boxes can be categorized into two types according to their use:
1. Ordinary type: For general passing of goods, without sterilization function.
2. Self-cleaning: Built-in disinfection or filtration system, suitable for places with high cleanliness requirements. Such as the Air Shower Pass Box, and the Laminar Pass Box.
