FFU fan filter units can be modularly connected for use, and are widely used in clean rooms, clean workstations, clean production lines, assembled clean rooms and local Class 100 applications.FFU is equipped with two levels of filters: primary and high efficiency. The fan from the top of the FFU will be air inhalation and filtered by the primary and high efficiency filters, filtered clean air in the entire air surface to 0.45M / S ± 20% of the wind speed uniform velocity sent out.
