Pass Through Box is an air purification equlpment mainly used for the transfer of small and medium-sized items between clean and non clean areas, in order to reduce the number of open doors in the clean room and reduce polution in the clean room. The door panel adopts mechanical interlocking or electronic interlocking to effectively prevent cross contamination, and isequipped with UV sterilization lamps.
There are there types Pass Boxes from Amber, Static Pass Box, Air Shower Pass Box, and Laminar Flow Pass Box.
1. Adopting the latest patented structure, with the same external dimensions, the working size of the inner cavity space is larger.
2. Internal and external double-layer shell, with circular arc treatment around the interior, fully welded outer surface splicing, seamless and no sanitary dead corners.
3. The door panel structure adopts a skeleton embedded type, and the window of the door panel adopts a skeleton tempered glass, which is beautiful and atmospheric.
4. High quality silicone sealing strip with high sealing performance.
1. The inner wall is made of stainless steel, and the shell and box material can be stainless stee or cold plate baking paint.
2. Adopting a dual filtration system consisting of G4 primary efficiency filter and H13 non baffle high-efficiency filter to ensure purification level.
3. Control system - Automatic control (manual control), equipped with power indicator light and work indicator light.
1. Adopting laminar flow design, the airflow direction is upward and downward, and the initial efficiency filter is G4, while the high-efficiency filter is H14.
2. The high-efficiency filter is equipped with a differential pressure gauge for easy replacement (with a range of 0-500Pa and accuracy of±5Pa).
3. Wind speed: After passing through the high-efficiency filter, the outlet wind speed is controlled between 0.3-0.6m/s.
4. Control function: Fan start/stop button, equipped with built-in electronic door interlock.
