The Pass Box is a piece of equipment utilized in cleanrooms with the purpose of preserving the purity of transferred items between the indoor and outdoor clean areas. Double-layer shell with seamless arc-designed connection line. Vertical laminar airflow with upper and lower air return. Stainless steel bottom with punched design and reinforcing rib made of SUS304.
Equipped with G4 pre-filter and H14 HEPA filter. Post-HEPA filter air velocity: approximately 0.38-0.57m/s (measured 150mm below airflow equalizer).
Features a pressure gauge for displaying filter status (range: 0-500Pa) with an accuracy of ±5Pa. Includes buttons for fan start-stop, electronic door interlock, and UV lamp switch.
Inspection port at the bottom for easy fan maintenance. Noise level during normal operation is <65dB.
