The Industrial Pass Box is an auxiliary equipment for Clean Rooms. Its function is to purify goods passing through the buffer between indoor and outdoor clean areas. This prevents items from contaminating the clean room air and chamber pressure when doors are opened. It also reduces the need for operating personnel to move around, preventing dust from entering the clean room and maintaining stability, such as the Pass Box UV, one of the product of Pass Box.
1. Cleanliness requirement: Class B.
2. Double-layered shell both inside and outside, with an arc design on the inner circumference to ensure seamless connection.
3. Vertical laminar flow design with upper and lower air flow return, and a bottom made of cold-rolled SUS304 stainless steel plate punched design, complete with reinforcing rib.
4. Equipped with a G4 pre-filter and H14 HEPA filter.
5. HEPA filter produces a wind speed of approximately 0.38-0.57m/s (tested 150mm below the air flow equalizer).
6. Includes a filter pressure gauge (range: 0-500Pa) with an accuracy of ±5Pa.
7. Features fan start/stop button, electronic door interlock, and a UV lamp with a separate switch.
8. Maintenance convenience with inspection opening at the bottom to access the fan.
9. Normal operation noise level is <65dB.
The proper function of UV Pass Box depends on both its periodic maintenance and cleaning procedures to prevent contaminant buildup. The following are specific methods:
Outer cleaning requires a clean soft cloth and neutral detergent which users should always avoid using caustic chemicals.
Using a dust-free cloth combined with 75% alcohol or isopropyl alcohol to clear off dust and dirt from the interior walls shelves and seals of the UV Pass Box.
Regular inspections of sealing strips should be conducted because any damage requires rapid strip replacement.
You should regularly check high-efficiency filters (HEPA) and replace them when their pressure difference threshold is reached or based on usage time recommendations.
The working status of UV lamps should be checked frequently for replacement when needed.
You should activate UV light for internal sterilization through 15 to 30 minutes of operation time.
Using chemical disinfectants by spraying along with wiping the interior space yet ensure full compatibility between the disinfectant and material.
Power-out operations should always be done before cleaning and maintenance activities begin as a safety standard.
All standing water must be eliminated from the interior space to stop bacterial multiplication.
Easy recording procedures should document cleaning operations and maintenance periods alongside their contents for future reference.
