Clean Pass Box is an important device widely used in the fields of pharmaceuticals, bioengineering, electronics manufacturing, food processing, etc. It is used for transferring goods safely and without contamination between two independent spaces. The clean Pass Box from Amber, which the door panel adopts mechanical interlocking or electronic interlocking to effectively prevent cross contamination, and is equipped with UV sterilization lamps.
When the door of the Pass Box Clean Room on one side is open, the operator puts the items into the transfer window and closes the door on that side before the door on the other side can be opened. This effectively isolates the two sides from different environments, and after being processed by the built-in decontamination or sterilization system, the items are then safely transferred to the other side.
1. Dust and waterproof: High tech sealing to prevent any contamination from penetrating the protected area.
2. High-efficiency filtration: With HEPA filters or other air filtering systems so that to eliminate particles and even microorganisms.
3. Quick transfer: The overall production rhythm should be increased to minimize the time being spent waiting.
4. Easy to Clean and Maintain: There is a polished surface that does not require complex cleaning and sanitizing, which makes the service life longer.
1. Limited purification capacity: In some situations, where extremely high level of purification is necessary for instance in conditions of special, ultra-clean grades below ISO 5, the use of the ordinary transfer window may pose a huge challenge in meeting the expected levels of air cleanliness on its own.
2. Unsuitable for large-volume goods: still constrained by size expectations, while small, for especially big goods, it may be possible to develop larger parameters of the transfer window as this comes with additional expenses and multiple intricacies.
3. Energy consumption: Running purification systems round the clock will boost power demands particularly in a location where systems run for many hours and are a contributor to energy consumption.
4. Safety is dependent on proper use: False operation such as lack of adherence to right operation procedures may in turn affect the efficiency of the transfer window and therefore decreases the extent of protecting the over arching system and so on.
