1. Cutting: According to the design drawings, the stainless steel plate will be cut accurately to ensure that the size error is controlled within 0.5mm.
2. Bending: Using CNC bending equipment, the cut sheet will be bent into a slot body and bracket parts, to ensure smooth lines, rounded corners without burrs.
3. Welding and assembling: Adopt argon arc welding technology to seamlessly assemble the parts, and polish the welding points smoothly to ensure the overall structure is stable and durable.
4. Surface treatment: According to the demand, brushed, mirror or matte treatment, effectively improve the surface stain resistance, antibacterial properties.
5. Installation of foot sensor device: Integrated sensitive foot sensor switch to realise non-contact water discharge and improve hygiene standard.
6. Quality control: Every Stainless Steel Medical Sinks has to pass a number of tests and ISO certificates on sealing, stability, sensor sensitivity and surface finish to ensure the quality is qualified and reliable before it leaves the factory.
